Shipping

We do not hold large stocks our items are hand finished to order. If you prefer far Eastern made products there are lots available off the shelf but not here I'm afraid. Goods are normally ready for despatch in 5-7 working days - if it is any longer you should be advised.

Delivery to the UK will be by the reliable Royal Mail service however we have no control over the Royal Mail postal service of course but UK packet post normally takes between 1 and 5 working days. Overseas orders will be sent by Royal Mail International delivery which can take up to 3 weeks.  

Sister Items

Many of our items e.g.  fully fashioned stockings are similar to other products. If items are unavailable we will send the closest item available. If you would not wish this, please let us know. You will of course never be charged more for an item than the original cost.  

Royal Mail has lost my order
Royal Mail state an item is not missing until 15 days after posting.

If an order is shipped by us, using first class mail service with Royal Mail, and is lost in the post, the customer must wait 15 working days from the date of posting before claiming from us for the order.

Royal Mail stipulate that we wait this length of time and once we have shipped the order to you there is little we can do until this time has passed. Once it has passed we then have to go through the process of claiming from Royal Mail and will liaise with you, our customer, about this at each level.

Any uncalled for orders which are returned to us by Royal Mail may be reshipped at your request. Further postage costs of £3.00 UK or standard EU and worlwide shipping charges will be recharged. You may order a replacement and postage and packing will be recharged.

Returns
We believe our lingerie and products must live up to your highest expectations. And our service must live up to the quality of our products. Our staff are always happy to advise and help our customers select the best products to suit your requirements.

If for some reason, you need to return part or all of your order, it's easy! Simply follow the instructions outlined below.

Please return your order within 14 days to the address on your invoice quoting your order number and name. Item must be unworn, unwashed and with tags in place in original packaging. Any items which do not fall into this criteria will be returned to the customer and not refunded.  

We strongly advise you to send items back using a trackable method customers are responsible for the safe return of any items to us and the cost thereof.

Please note returned packages are opened and processed within 21 working days not individually. Please contact us after this time if you have not received a refund.

We cannot answer queries regarding returns until after this time has elapsed.

Faulty Products
Should a product be faulty, you should let us know immediately as we will happily refund or exchange it for you. You should let us know as soon as possible via email within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery before returning the item.

Items that have been used, cleaned, damaged or soiled; items returned without full tags and packaging; items must be odour free, including the smell of smoke and perfume; please note we cannot refund items mentioned in the previous paragraph.

Liability
We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, negligence, abnormal working conditions, wilful damage, misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.

Disputed items
Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of this Returns Policy will be defined as 'Disputed'. Such Disputed items will not be refunded or exchanged and a reason for this decision will be provided if requested. We are happy to re-ship such disputed items back to you at a cost to yourself; otherwise they will be destroyed within 91 calendar days from their receipt back to us.

If you are returning a package please use recorded post or obtain a certificate of posting for your own protection please note proof of posting is not proof of delivery. We accept no losses whatsoever for items missing in the post which have been returned to us. If items are missing it is the customer’s responsibility to claim from Royal Mail and we will help them with their investigation enquiries.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
